WHAT TO EXPECT

You want to reach out for help... now what?

We all face challenges and obstacles in life that can quickly become overwhelming. Maybe life feels like it's gotten out of control, or anxiety or depression seem to have taken over. Maybe you are struggling with your interpersonal relationships, feeling disconnected, or your individual identity. Or maybe you're just looking for non-biased support as you navigate life.

That is why I'm here - to let you know that it's okay to not be okay all the time. Together, we can work through whatever struggles you are facing. During your first session, we will discuss your goals for therapy. From there, we are ready to begin your path toward healing, growth, and wellness!
